# Lend / Supply

In addition to supplying tokens via Vaults, you can also supply them directly into pools.

#### How to supply tokens to pools?

1. Navigate to the Borrow section of the site
2. Choose the pool and the token you would like to supply to the pool
3. Click the `Supply` button

4. Supply the token
   1. Specify the amount you’d like to supply (make sure the Isolated collateral mode is switched to off if you want to earn yield on it, learn more in Isolated collateral section)
   2. Review the parameters
   3. Click `Supply`

5. Navigate to My Positions to manage your position
   1. Monitor position statistics: Net Value, Net APY, LTV against the Liquidation LTV
   2. Supply more of the same token to your position by clicking `Supply` button
